Registration Information for Summer 2010/2011
- NEW PLAYERS must attend one of the Try Baseball Days to register with the Falcons.
- NEW PLAYERS can download a registration form below and bring to Try Baseball Day with payment.
- RETURNING PLAYERS are requested to PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE or BY MAIL (payment with registration).
- All players please attend the appropriate Muster/Grading day. Players will be allocated to teams on these days.
- Seniors Muster Day details will be posted to the Seniors Page.

Internet banking for previously registered players or cheques or money orders Payable to Five Dock Falcons Baseball Club and forward to

Or cash, direct to Treasurer, Paul O'Neill, who will be in attendance on both Try Baseball days.

Seniors: There will be no discount in winter as insurance is now charged per season rather than per annum.
Players that pay after the specified payment date will have to pay $30 more.
