Photo Privacy Policy

The Falcons will never publish the names of any Junior players with a photograph.

The Falcons will never publish a photograph of a player whose face is clearly identifiable without the permission of a parent or guardian. Permission must be indicated on the Registration Form.

How It Works

You fill in your details on the right and submit your registration application.

After the Registrar checks your application, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

Payment options are as follows:

• Electronic Funds Transfer
  (PREFERRED)
• Cheque or Money Order
  (note membership number on back)
  Payable to
  Five Dock Falcons Baseball Club
  and forward to
  PO Box 389 HABERFIELD
  NSW 2045
• Cash (payable directly to Treasurer only)

NO DIRECT DEPOSITS OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
WILL BE ACCEPTED

Note: Forms lodged online will be deemed to be signed upon receipt of payment.
