Seniors Summer Fees

Adult $230
Student over 18 $200
Student under 18 as at
31st December 2010		 $150

Registration Fees include all Umpire and Scorers fees.

How It Works

You fill in your details on the right and submit your registration application.

After the Registrar checks your application, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

Payment options are as follows:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer
    (PREFERRED)
  • Cheque or Money Order
    (note membership number on back)
    Payable to
    Five Dock Falcons Baseball Club
    and forward to
    PO Box 389 HABERFIELD
    NSW 2045
  • Cash (payable directly to Treasurer only)

NO DIRECT DEPOSITS OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
WILL BE ACCEPTED

Note: Forms lodged online will be deemed to be signed upon receipt of payment.

Important Notice

Registrations close on 2nd September.

Compulsory Training Day for all senior players - 1.30pm Saturday 4th September.

Last day for registration payments - Thursday 9th September.

Round 1 of the Summer Competition - Saturday and Sunday 18th and 19th September 2010.
