2012 Winter Masters League

Are there any Falcons players interested in playing in the 2012 Winter Masters League?

The League is run by Baseball NSW and is usually 4 divisions and open to players over 35. All games are played under lights at Blacktown International Sports Precinct on either Monday or Tuesday nights. The season starts on Monday 28 May 2012.

Luis Almenara, of PCBL fame, is putting another team together this year; his team played Division 4 last year.

Dean Massey is wondering if any Falcons’ players would like to join Luis’ team or alternatively, if there is enough interest, then perhaps a separate or stand alone Falcons Team.

The off season adventures of the G2′s Natalie and Russell Brown have made it into the Sydney Morning Herald. “Pirates of the Car That’s Been”. Good grief! You can read the full article here.

Just to be clear: Natalie has not overdone some crazy crash diet; that’s her reflected in the rear window. The guy hanging out the window is her star recruit for the winter season (he pitches a mean knuckle ball, I’m told).

Seniors Winter Registration Closed

Applications for registration for the Winter 2012 Season for Seniors have now closed. Limited vacancies in particular teams may become available. For further enquiries please contact the Seniors Registrar.
