Bunnings Fundraising BBQ

WHEN: 7.30am TO 4.30pm Saturday 18th February

WHERE: BUNNINGS ASHFIELD

WHY: Raise $$$’S for FIVE DOCK FALCONS JUNIORS

Bunnings have allocated Saturday 18th February to Five Dock Falcons Baseball Club. We need volunteers from 7.30am to 4.30pm to run the BBQ and serve. Ideally we have 4 persons at anyone time doing 2 hour shifts, commencing at 7.30am and finishing at 4.30pm.

We recommend parents of teams playing on the Friday evening volunteer for the morning shift, and Saturday morning parents volunteer for afternoon shift. It’s a long day but it should be worth it.

All money raised will go towards equipment and development of the Juniors of Five Dock Falcons Baseball Club.

Falcons Seniors games: Not aware of full details of ground closures at this stage but it is possible that the round will be cancelled. Your coach will advise you of the final decision on games for Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

Timbrell Park has been closed by Canada Bay Council for the weekend but other grounds may open at the discretion of council inspectors if the weather allows.

2012 Rookie Reps and Little League Registration Open

The 2012 Little League EOI(expressions of interest) registrations have now been posted on the RHBL website. Trials are scheduled for December and training to commence in Jan/Feb 2012. Players born between May 1st 1999 and April 30th, 2001 are eligible to trial.

RHBL are also seeking players for the 2012 Rookie Rep teams. This year all associations will be submitting two Rookie Rep teams. So far RHBL have received a strong response for the North team and are seeking players for the South team. Trials will be scheduled if required.
