Our Club is run on a voluntary basis and we call on the parents (or any other enthusiastic person who puts their hand up) to manage and coach the teams and act as umpires and scorers.
It’s not as hard as it sounds. We have coach and umpire courses at the beginning of the season with the Club covering course costs. The Committee members are here to support and assist in any way.
The Games
For home games only, teams are required to dress the diamond before the game and pack away after the game. All team members are required to assist their coach/manager.
The Canteen
The Canteen is our major source of fund raising. The funds raised have and will continue to pay for the equipment used by the children and, very importantly, the trophies at the end of the season.
Remember to support the canteen as a customer on match days.
