Registration Information for Summer 2011/2012

NEW PLAYERS must attend one of the Registration Days to register with the Falcons.
NEW PLAYERS can download a registration form below and bring to Registration Day with payment.
RETURNING PLAYERS are requested to PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE or BY MAIL (payment with registration).
All players please attend the appropriate Muster/Grading day. Players will be allocated to teams on these days.
Seniors Muster Day details will be posted to the Seniors Page.

Seniors: There will be no discount in winter as insurance is now charged per season rather than per annum.

All Seniors registration applications are now done online. The printed form is no longer provided.

You must bring a copy of player’s birth certificate for sighting by our Registrar. We don’t need to keep a copy; it just needs to be sighted.
